Why do I have to pay for Superbalist mistakes???

Superbalist items sizing is so bad. Twice in a row I ordered UK 7 sneakers and both times the size is actually a UK 6. I then return it at my cost and the most recent order I was paid only half of what I paid for the item.

It is not worth shopping here anymore as it is becoming unreliable. Can't wait for Amazon
