Who did you speak to?

I placed an order on Saturday, I then received a text on Monday 25th of May that my order will be delivered before 17:00pm. At around 17:15pm when I track my order, the status says “Order couldn’t be delivered, recipient refused the delivery”.

I wasn’t contacted nor did I come in contact with anyone regarding the delivery.
