Where is my order???

Ordered an item on Black Friday delivery date was confirmed to be Tuesday 3rd for collection in Edenvale. I had to call on the 5th to find out if my parcel had arrived but only to find out my order is "missing"! The contact center says we will order another one as per process don't worry only for me to ask are you sure and yes sir you will receive it. I asked her to confirm if there is stock and what do you know there is nothing. So now it oh sorry lets refund my transfer took 48hrs for them to receive it but my refund will probably take x2 weeks I'm sure. I have never had a good experience online shopping and when I saw that Superbalist is managed by Takealot I was not surprised.
