Where is my order???

What on earth is happening with your delivery system these days? I just received notification that the below order has been delivered yet I DONT HAVE IT??!! To whom has it been delivered????? I’ve been held hostage by the constant changes in delivery dates, without complaining to make sure that I am available should the delivery arrive. Now this??? Please fix this immediately!!!
