Where is my delivery?

I made a purchase on 3 September. The delivery date was scheduled for 9 September.

The delivery date was pushed out to 13 Sept when only three items were delivered.

On Monday 13 Sept I completed the form on your app to say that my delivery had still not come. An Aiden responded 3 days later to say that he saw that my delivery had come and closed the message.

On 14 Sept another 4 items were delivered.

After countless calls to your call centre I am still waiting for furniture and 3 carpets. I have spoken to Conway on 15 Sept and Nadine on 14 Sept who both took my calls and promised to escalate the matter and give me feedback. After an entire week I have not received feedback!

I just called your call centre AGAIN and held on the line for 15 minutes and no answer! I am shocked and have never received this kind of service from you before. I want that delivery or my money back by the end of the week.

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!

WILL SOMEONE PLEASE CALL ME!!!!!!!!!!!!
