where is my delivery?

i have been waiting for my delivery since yesterday, i was suppose to travel today with the order i made but still nothing received, when i called the call centre i was advised that they tried to deliver at 9:30pm HOW PATHETIC! orders as per your sms are suppose to be delivered by no later than 5pm and i am still waiting... you have ruined my trip!!!!
