When it's bad it get worse.

Firstly if you know the sneakers are uni*** put the uni*** sizes under the different ***es. My experience was bad at first but it got worse. I had the opportunity to buy these nice sneakers online and get the R250 voucher for first buyers. After returning the product four times AND losing my R250 voucher I have given them another chance to give my correct size. I asked the lady to get someone to phone me so that I can explain to her the situation and service I received. Did someone phone? Obviously not. When the parcel came I was so excited even though they refuse to give me my R250 voucher back, anyways, I opened up the parcel and saw that they put in two different sizes!!!!! Was I mad? No. I was furious. I wanted to ONCE AGAIN return that product and yet give them another chance I saw that my size was SOLD OUT. I mailed them and explained everything when the reply I got was "sincere apologies, BUT my size sold out I need to refund." The lady did not even offer to correct the mistake or even offer me the voucher. Once again the first time experience of online shopping at Superbalist.com really disguss me. I wouldn't recommend this "APP" to someone.
