WHAT INCOMPETENCE!

If I would be able to give Superbalist zero stars I would. What a joke. They are so *********** its totally unbelievable in this day and age.

I get a confirmation of my order and that its out for delivery. Then at the end of the day, I get a cancellation for the address not found. Nobody calls. Nobody verifies, so I email them my address just to make sure.

Again, I get a confirmation its being delivered, And again at the end of the day, a cancellation. This goes on for over 2 weeks, daily getting delivery notices and then cancellations.

I even sent them a pin location and the actual google listing of the delivery location, when they advised they couldn't find the google listed address on Google.

Then I get told the order has to go back to a centre and get re-dispatched. Then I get a confirmation from a courier company that it is out for delivery. It is noted that it has gotten to Cape Town, and is out for delivery. At least they got the area centre correct this time.

But then I get an email of them cancelling my order totally - in full. And citing refunding will occur.

When querying what the hell was going on, 22 days later, when I still hadn't gotten my order, and the order was cancelled by them without my permission, without anyone calling to confirm where to deliver or to make alternative delivery arrangements, if their driver is as useless as their offices in using google. I got the response back from them: " I apologise profusely for the inconvenience caused as your order has been cancelled because of your address As soon as the parcel has been booked back into stock, please be advised that a cancellation order will proceed as a return and is quite a lengthy process. Once the stock is booked back in the refund will be processed."
