What a terrible customer service i received from Superbalist, I recently purchased a sneaker that I received however the shoe is too big so I then logged a return or exchange on the 12-07-2018 , your website states when returning a product for a change of size the product will be exchanged on the same day which is a BIG LIE!! after a number of days waiting for feedback i received an email from GERALD KALLIS which is very unprofessional that your return is not in a satisfactory condition.I DID NOT SEND ANY PICTURE the shoe has not been collected from my house. it been a month since this transaction and no feedback. COME COLLECT YOUR SHOE , I WANT MY MONEY BAC****
