What a horrible service

You guys have such a poor service. No update, nothing regarding my delivery. I was promised that i will receive an sms and my order will be delivered today. However, after my contact with one of your agents, she tells me that my order will not be delivered today because i stay in a "Red zone danger flagged" area. ***? Why did you accept my payments if you are not going to deliver my order. This is unacceptable, and i regret for ever doing business with you. If possible, please cancel it and refund my money as soon as possible. Thank you
