Waste of my time and money

This company clearly does not value their customers. I will never purchase from them again. I received extremely poor service from their "Online Fashion Assistants" what nonsense. Waiting for my money back due to ridiculous delivery service that expects you to guess ETA and now will not allow me to collect at my convenience?! They do not even have a complaints department so I have to struggle to get this resolved through call center "assistants" with snotty attitudes. I see this company does not even care about the bad service they provide and does not even respond on this website. They can ignore their customers they losing but it will soon show when the business start going down. What a shame
