Waste of a company

Truth be told this company doesn’t even deserve the one star . How is it that you are able to take my money immediately when it comes to payment but still need time to do investigations yet it’s clear you delivered the wrong package. The stupid excuses the warehouse this the warehouse that if you constantly getting the same complaint why are you not doing something about it . When people pay for next day delivery it is out of emergency and they need what they paid for , not this nonsense of delivering the wrong item like are y'all stupid or something to always get things wrong . You order a pair of heels and you get flops are stupid or ******** to know the difference between the two.

The way I’m so upset is understatement the fact that you have more bad reviews should be an eye awakening Reality ,but no greed is what a driving you . What a disappointment of a company.
