Warning against this company. Disgusting Customer Service, ******* Returns Policy, Bad attitudes, Ignoring Complaints.

The returns policy that Superbalist are enforcing, we believe is ******* and in contravention in terms of the CPA and we will be taking them to the Consumer Protection Ombudsman and will be pursuing further legal prosecution against them based on the mere principle of our situation.

Superbalist have disgusting customer service practices within their company, some of their products are low quality and their size charts are incorrect and/or miss-leading.

All consumers should think twice before continuing with their shopping with this company if you would like to save yourselves a headache of a fight to get your money-back.

I'm not sure if the following is true or not, but we do feel that since the merger of Spree and Superbalist, that their business practices have transpired to become mala-fide' in their practices and approach and have a don't care adopted attitude of disrespect and services towards their customers.

I'm sure that their lack of attention in this regard will soon show a dramatic effect within their overall profits over the next while.
