Very Very Poor delivery service. The call agents are clueless.

My order was supposed to be delivered by 5:00 pm, Monday 5th, I have waited for them to deliver until 6:00 pm...dololo. Its now a 3rd day and my order still haven't arrived. And they don't know where it is.

I have called them at least 4 times. The first lady i spoke to said the cuorier tried to deliver and i wasn't there. That's impossible, I was available from 8am to 6pm and so is everyone at my work.

2nd call same thing. 3rd call they guys said they will escalate the issue and call me, No one has called me. 4th called and i talked to a lady called Khanyisile(It doesn't sound like her real name, Because she first didn't want to give me her name). She said "Asking questions about my order is not going to help me". Can you guys tell me where my order is?
