VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED

It was my first experience purchasing online and it was the worst one ever. i placed a order for 5 items and only 4 were delivered i have phoned and emailed SUPERBALIST and all they can tell me is that its not possible for tgem to deliver incomplete orders. Im so disappointed in the level of their service and still have not received my missing order or response to my email.
