Very poor return policy

I ordered a return of an item (outdoor floor cushion- black geo) . The return was processed but it was never collected. I phoned to enquire since it was taking so long (I had expected a bit of a delay with Covid-19) and was told that the return was cancelled by Superbalist and it was no longer able to be returned as the purchase was >1 month. I voiced my complaint and Lauren can Rooi was very unhelpful and did not deal adequately with my query. I then phoned Superbalist early last week and spoke to “Connie” who said she was escalating the issue and would call me back. I have not heard from her and am very unimpressed. Very very poor response
