VERY DISSAPOINTING SERVICE!!!

Good day I am very dissapointed with Superbalist's service,I placed an order (order number ***8) on the 25/07/2022 it was scheduled for delivery yesterday the 28/07/2022 but no delivery was made and no communication was sent to say what the delay is,when i go and track on their website its still says 'Processing' from the day I placed the order.I urgently need the items,can someone please urgently get back to me,their Call centre number *** rings unattended.
