Very disappointed Superbalist customer

Friends of mine have always recommended Superbalist saying how great their customers service is and how quick their deliveries are, however, my experience was very different. I ordered shoes on the 28th and was amazed that's they were gonna get delivered on the 29th, so I waited all day for them, nothing. Waited on the 30th , nothing. So I decided to call on the 2nd only for them to tell me to call Takealot because they do their deliveries. The fact that they have other courier stuff deliver their stuff I said BS, because they've never know where the packages are. 10 days later and several airtime purchases later, my shoes forbid delivered only to find out that they don't fit. So now I had to wait another day for the scheduled collection and FedEx wasn't their courier this time , they were also late by a day! This was by far the worst online shopping experience I've had.
