Very disapointing and inconveniencing

<p>I decided to give Superbalist a try as I do some of my shopping through takealot and they never dissapoint. I am very disapointed as a first time user of their service. I bought a pair of sneakers and they were delivered only to find that the shoe sizes are different.I odered a size 9 and they gave me a 9 and a 11. How hard can it be to check in the box that the shoes are the same size. The main problem is that I have to wait for my package to be picked up and then they still want to review it and only then will I get my refund, I have to wait almost 2weeks to get my money back since they actually dont have the size that I ordered and I need that money to go look elsewhere since I made a promise to get those shoes for a dearly beloved.</p>
