Very confused and disappointed
i purchased a jacket (order no. 398840) from the site through the offers that stated I would recieve 30% off my purchase on men's jackets and coats, in doing so my purchase price was discounted to R839 From R1199, however when I checked-out I used a promo code which assured me that I would receive R100 off for signing up to the website however my purchase price was still left at R839. I contacted concierge which did not assist me in anyway claiming that my promo code entitled me to the discount which is very contradictory.

We're sorry about the confusion here, but I can see that the promotion for 30% off of Mens jackets and coats has app**** to your order and for this reason you would have been unable to use the R100 off as the system would automatically apply the promo of greater benefit to the customer to your order as you can only use one promo per order.
This information can be found in the T's and C's section of website under the Gift Cards, Referral System and Promotions>Promotional Voucher Codes heading.
