very bad service

i am extremely disappointed with the level of service i have received from superbalist. i ordered a size UK7 sneakers on the 5th of April and delivered the wrong size on the 12th. they took it back on the 13th and delivered the wrong size again on the 24th. i exchanged again on the 25th ever since i haven't go any notification from them. when i call i'm told they will let me know the soon they have a new order number.
