VERY BAD SERVICE

I have never experienced such bad service where I was told my package will arrive the Friday, package never came I called and was told package went to incorrect hub and will arrive the next day.

Still no package, called again and was told package will arrive the Monday and yet again no package. Called once again and got told one of the items has been left at the incorrect hub and they are awaiting that item.

Finally received my package and one item is missing, I call again and they tell me they lost the one item and had to order a new one.

NO COMMENT FURTHER!!! VERY DISSAPOINTED AS I ENDED UP ORDERING SHOES ELSEWHERE.
