Very bad customer service and behavior from the stuff

very bad client service ever

I have been inconvenienced by superbalist, bought my items on the 25th of April and was in stock, in Cape town where i live, i collected the order they only sent the bottom trackpants, no top and advised they only saw when dispatching the order that there is no top, and still did not inform me, just sent the item with no top of which its a suit, returned the bottom and I was advised by one of the managers once collected will be refunded it was collected yesterday still not at the warehouse, called this morning spoke with an agent called Sikhuthale who decided to drop the call, also spoke with Unathi who put me on hold for a very long period of time and advised the managers refused to take my calls and drop the call.

I really so not know what to do my flight is leaving at 4 PM today and I have no money to buy the items for the event I am going to.

I will never recommend anyone to go buy there
