VEEEEEERy Bad Service

Superbalist.com is a ****, on the 10th of this month I bought a sneaker for my son for Christmas, and it was going to be delivered on the 15th, at Takealot in Fores**** for me to fetch it. on Thursday when I tracked my order it was canceled without me being informed/ notified, so I requested a refund to my bank account & on Sunday they sent that refund had been approved and will pay in 3-5 days, but since then I have been receiving emails that I must send bank details for the funds to be deposited, really how many times? I'm still waiting for my funds and it looks like my Son wont have shoes to wear on Christmas, so sad, I really advice people not to use superbalist ever.
