utterly disgusted in the level of service!!!!

Where do i start!!!?? I ordered x2 pairs of shoes 7.10. for URGENT delivery. it arrived Friday 8.10. to my dissapointment delivered the incorrect size. requested a return/exchange same day. they collected the incorrect size Monday 11.10. since then I as the customer have called superbalist every f@#$ing day for calls longer than 20 mins trying to figure out where the f@#$ is my exchange/delivery. not one customer consultant can tell me, let alone the useless manager Munto is his name who promised to sort it out and call me back. to my no suprise he hasnt called me. i called again today 19.10 a consultant confirming delivery was taking place today. i waited....then called again this new consultant has no record of a delivery for me today!! ive lost my patience speaking to almost rhe entire call centre who cannot tell me anything let alone the useless manager! i am so fed up and disgusted in this pathetic service!! really unprofessional and you have just given yourself a very bad name amoungst myself and everyone else i have shared this horrible exprience with. where are my f@@$ing shoes that i have paid for you useless online pathetic store!!!!order number ***3. can someone pleae help me before i take this further!!!!
