Utterly disappointed

Totally irritated and disgusted with the service I received form Superbalist. Honestly I have spent quite a bit of money with them in the last two weeks and the delivery process has been unacceptable.

My order was to be delivered today, instead I get an email saying it has been cancelled as there is no one home? Yet my husband and daughters are sitting in my lounge where the front door is and no one came. I also had to other deliveries this morning from Superbalist????? What is going on here?

I called the call centre only to be told all my items are sold out they cant help I have to wait for the refund. How is it sold out when my items were on the way to be delivered to me????? I bought this on a promotion and I wont get them for the same price.

Is this the type of service I should expect from Superbalist since merging with Spree? I have never had this type of disappointment from you. The customer was always treated so well and now I am being told there is nothing you can do as you are sold out. Sold out but the courier has my two items?

Yesterday, I waited till after 16h00 at work for a delivery from you as the concierge told me you are about 15 minutes away. I waited for 20 minutes only to receive a sms saying it will be re-scheduled. Then its okay, when the courier messes up.

I am so so utterly disappointed in your service honestly.
