Utter putrid service order ***1

I cannot express how disappointment and frustrated i felt receiving my order of occasional chairs both damaged and one without legs. Has the online industry just become a circus. One that takes your money and you wait to receive it back at their convenience. Does anyone quality check items. Sending a chair with no legs. Does this even make sense anymore. Sucks putting your trust in the online system. Just become a real mess.
