Utter Incompetence

I used to love this store but my latest experience has completely put me off. I bought a Fitbit Alta HR and shortly after I asked for a refund. I had to chase after the company to give me feedback, several support agents would promise to get back to me and I would never hear from them again. After all my chasing I was told I sent the incorrect item, which is not the case because I suspect that the warehouse simply didnt bother opening the box in which I had the Fitbit box preserved in. Now I am R2k poorer, without a Fitbit and unsure if I will be getting either of the 2 since my Fitbit cant be located. I am completely annoyed by this experience
