Useless Superbalist delivery service

Wow what an absolute disappointment. First order on Superbalist once it was taken over and we have struggled to get our order delivered since 28 November 2018. Keep getting the same excuses and same sms "Hi .... your Superbalist order # ********** is rescheduled for delivery before 4:00 PM on Mon 10 Dec. Track delivery http://take.al/t/2ct88" . Then it says insufficient delivery details we wil contact you to confirm the adres , yet nobody has phoned us to confirm our adres and our adres is correct.

Get you stuff together. So much for planning to wear the clothes for an event.... Useless service , never buying anything there again.
