Useless service from Superbalist

My wife ordered 2 items for a christening for our grandson and when we went to collect them on Sunday 03/12/2023 from Mr delivery pick up point, we received only one.

My wife asked about the other item and they told us that Superbalist only gave the one item. My wife then sent an email to them on 04/12/2023 at 08:30 explaining that this was urgent and we need the other item for this christening.

We got two emails from them asking certain information and then I have had to phone 07/12/2023 and again 08/12/2023 only to be told that the delivery for the item/s will be next week 12/12/2023.

How does that help me with a christening this weekend. Now we have to go to the shops and buy more stuff that we have already ordered from Superbalist. You were told it was urgent but like I am seeing in this, you actually don't care whatsoever.

One of the main things that really annoys me about them is the lack of response or follow up from them. I can handle incompetence but at least tell me what's happening rather than being quiet.
