Useless Customer Services

Superbalist delivered my package but after opening had realised they forgot x1 item which consisted of x2 T-shirts. I couldn’t get hold of customer care so I logged a ‘return’ and in my description explained that the item itself had not arrived. My return was logged and notified it will be collected today. 8am I called to discuss this with them team and I received the voicemail ‘we are currently closed, our operating times are 8am - 5pm’ yet it’s currently 9am and I am still receiving this message. Terrible service during the busiest time of year.
