Useless customer service - no point (Order #***2)

Because my items were delayed due to Christmas orders, I requested that my delivery address be changed. I contacted Superbalist to request a change of address so that I could get the order.

Mishka.P (Online Fashion Assistant) emailed me on December 30, 2021, stating that they would like to contact me in order to deliver my order.

I responded the same day with the updated address (I have screenshot proof of the emails.)

On the 31st, she stated that they had been unable to contact me and that the order will be refunded. Despite the fact that I have rep**** several times! They shouldn't, I said again, because I need the things for a wedding... I used to be a devoted Superbalist buyer, but their customer service is terrible, and I'll make sure everyone knows not to buy from them if they ever need to change an order/refund/etc.
