Useless

Logged a returned almost a month ago and the package is still at my house. When I checked today to status of my returned is canceled. Only correspondence I got was from a Salome Banda to inform me that the driver was at my house and no one was there, this is absolutely bull**** and when I responded back to her mail she just ignore me. What world class service from a world class company. I don't want your *** give my money back you can't force me to keep your ***. Just refund me so that I can be done with you guys.
