I recently purchased a New Balance sneaker on Superbalist. When my shoe arrived on Monday 24th August, I saw dirt marks on the side of it, as well as underneath, it had clearly been worn already. I am so upset and disappointed with the quality of my shoe and how I received it. I thought so highly of Superbalist and did not expect service of this standard. I did not spend R1500 to receive a used sneaker.
