************* Superbalist

I had placed an order with Superbalist around the 20th of October. I was not happy with the product so I returned it and my refund was approved by end of October. It is now the 1st of December and I still haven't received my money back. I have spoken to multiple agents on the phone and via email. I have sent them my banking details multiple times, even going so far as providing alternative banking details. I have been promised resolution and feedback and have received none. My money was refunded into my superbalist wallet at one point but it has now disappeared from there as well. Where has my money gone to?? because it's not in my bank account nor in my Superbalist wallet.

I'm so tired of this back and forth. Where is my refund??
