Unsolicited bad behavior for a service provider

Yhooo... where do I even start...first they have a policy They Themselves can't uphold, next thing when you send a followup email the agents don't reply. Last December 2023 I bought a SN Jean that faded and almost torn after 2 washes , I scheduled a return because i felt it was expensive for nothing at that point, did they come and get it? Wehhhhhhh!!! Now I placed an order, they canceled it !!!right after I called and rescheduled the order ...,....also what kind of unkind system do you use that can't change an address before distribution?? I don't even think they care because they no longer take emails after a while (Lerato K ) ,and there are no direct calls..this is uncouth and very dissappointing
