Unsealed perfume

I purchased perfume on black Friday, when i opened my parcel the perfume was not sealed. The box was covered in finger prints. It looked as if it was purchased at a flee market. What upset me the most is reporting the issue to client care no questions was answered or explained they simply just rep**** and informed me about their return process and that my package will be collected and reviewed keeping in mind that it was on sale and obviously the sale price is no longer available, i even asked them if there was no other options available and i received no response.
