Unsatisfied

Hi I hope this mail can assist I ordered a pair of sneakers at Superbalist unfortunately the shoes does not fit my son they are big I requested for exchange from Friday until today I’m still waiting for pick up this is really frustrating I need those shoes ASAP but the service I’m receiving from this company is so disappointing I have to call them no one bothers to call and see that my issue is attended to or atleast send a mail I must call them with my own airtime this is not on I will not even recommend a person to bug from Superbalist the service is so disgusting they really need to change the third party of courier that they are using
