Unsatisfied, Disgusted customer

Good Day,

I logged a formal complaint at superbalist on the 14th of September and I have not received any feedback yet. I ordered a white heel but to my surprise when I received my order the shoe was pink and was not even the same design, I requested a refund and I was only refunded my order fee excluding my delivery fee.. I requested that I get all of my money.. One of the refunds consultants sent me an email confirming that my request has been forwarded through, I didn't even get an apology from Mishka.. I rep**** to her email advising how dissatisfied I was and how badly I was inconvenienced as I needed the shoe for an event I was going to attend on the 10th, also requested a superior calls me back but no one has sent me an email nor called me, even Mishka never rep**** and acknowledged my request.. I would really like this to be forwarded to someone higher, someone who is competent and knows what is customer service all about.
