Unsatisfied

I ordered items on the 30th of September and my deliver date was 6th October . On the 6th when i contacted superbalist the agents didnt care enough to assist they told me one item was i the capetown warehouse and i wont be getting my package on the delivery date give . No communication was sent to me whatsoever by this company . I mean it cant possibly take the whole week to ship an item from capetown . If Shien in china can deliver a package in douth africa to the actual delivery address in a space of a week , why cant a warehouse based in South africa need more than i week to ship an item . I will not be buying anything from superbalist any more they are the worst and thier customer service is ever worcer
