UNSATISFATORY SERVICE

I made an online order on 9 March 2023 and my order was never delivered but instead it was cancelled, Superbalist citing incorrect delivery branch/courier facility. I was never called to be given alternative delivery options or change to collection. I was refunded and advised to place an order again of which I did on 20 March 2023. My order was due for delivery today (23 March) and yet I again I received an email citing "my order could not be delivered due to incorrect delivery branch/courier facility". I can already see where this is going and it will end up in my order being cancelled yet again. I am failing to understand what is so difficult to execute in attending to the delivery of my order. I'm completely disappointed in the service i'm receiving from Superbalist of late and I have always trusted them. PLEASE CAN MY ORDER BE DELIVERED!!!!!!!
