Unresolved Missing Part & Poor Handling of Complaint

I purchased a bed from Superbalist, but the parcel arrived with a part missing. I contacted Superbalist requesting only the missing part, but instead of resolving this, they suggested returning the entire bed. However, even the return collections kept being cancelled on their system.

I was repeatedly told that the matter had been escalated, yet I still have no resolution regarding the missing part. This has been extremely frustrating
