UNREASONABLE returns policies

Poor service and shocking exchange and refund policies. I ordered a costume from Superbalist and they sent one 4 x bigger than what I thought I was ordering. The issue is the app and website did not reflect specific sizes such as 40, 42 etc it said the product came in S, M, L and XL etc. I proceeded to order what I would normally get in a shop with those types of sizes but when the product arrived it had a specific size. The details of the model were size specific but not for the order selection. So without even trying it on I knew it was going to be far to big. They have NO size guides available to show the range. When I requested an exchange I got a generic response saying "final sale item, no exchanges as per policy" - so what is the policy for incorrect info given to customers? Or false advertising? Their exchange policies go against everything stimulated in the consumer protection act 68 of 2008. -unconscionable, unfair, unreasonable, unjust or otherwise improper trade practices.
