Unrealistic expectations

I placed an order on Superbalist, paid R70 to have it delivered on the same day. The shoes didn't fit, so I scheduled for an exchange. I ordered a second pair as I needed it on the same day as I am travelling overseas and paid another R80 to have it delivered on the same day. I waited at my office in town on a Friday afternoon after hours as I received an email to say that the order is on its way...just to receive a sms to say that they are done with deliveries for the day and will only deliver on Monday (when I am long gone). I phoned the support line 6 times before I got someone to assist. They said they will get in contact with the driver and just never came back to me. I wil NEVER order anything through them again. Unreliable, unprofessional, empty promises, unrealistic expectations!
