Unprofessional customer service

Superbalist must decide if they want to run a online business or track shop. The service is poor, been waiting for team leader to get back to me since 11 in the morning. I log thousands of compliments on they website turn around time should be 24 hours and I still haven’t received an response after 48 hours!!! Change of delivery dates can not be made after payment
