Unprofessional and Poor service

On 4 March I placed an order for 2 chairs which were on sale for 45% off.

Order was canceled on 6 March, I was told they over sold the stock.

I then Checked the stock again on the 7th, the prices had gone up, they were now listed at 35% off, however the website clearly said 3 units in stock.

So I again ordered and paid for another 2 chairs as the website clearly said 3 in stock. Again the order was cancelled. Now out of pocket 10k and two orders being canceled I am yet to get anyone to assist me. My email has gone in answered yet the chairs are showing as in stock again on the 10th March.

How do you keep selling out of stock goods. This should have been red flagged immediately and ammended!

Superbalist advertised stock twice to me, allowed me to pay twice and cancelled my orders. Yet to get my refund on top of all of this.
