UNPAID REFUNDS AND BAD SERVICE

The service at Superbalist has been terrible since the Spree merger. The call centre agents put you on hold then hang up while you wait, they promise to call you back with a solution but never do and you wait weeks for a refund. I have even had a agent laugh at me.

I have spoken to more than 5 agents in the past week and all of them have not helped. Over R1000 owed to me in refunds with no one willing to help.

Its exhausting and frustrating!!
