Unimpressed

I had ordered two lipsticks and a sneaker, they only delivered the two lipsticks and on the tracking site stated that my order was on the way which made me believe they were yet to deliver the sneaker, I sent emails and I am not on week two with no reply to my emails and no sneaker, I am really unimpressed.
