UNHELPFUL

I returned a product, had the refund placed in my online "wallet". When I wanted to use it, it was gone.

Called them to log a query and was informed they can see the R750 was in the wallet. I requested they refund me to my account. This was 24 November '19.

When I called to follow up last week, nothing was done and I had to repeat myself several times. Now almost a month down the line, still no refund. Spree was AMAZING but since they were bought out by Superbalist I have just had issues.
