Unhappy with Product

To Whom It May Concern I'm quite angry and dissatisfied with my orders (#***5) and (#***3). When the initial order (#***3) was delivered, the Size 7 Vans were accurate; however, the Size 3 Vans' sole was grey, not as shown in the picture or description. After that, I gave the order back. The size 3 Vans were still incorrect, and the sole was still grey, when the second order/return (#***5) came. This is quite unprofessional, especially coming from a well-known internet retailer. It seems as though no one read my remarks, in which I explained why I was returning. In the hopes that someone actually reviews my purchase and packs the right color shoe, I'm going to return the shoe once more.
